Scheduled for October 13–15, 2025 in Detroit, the RECESS25 National Black and Brown Clean Energy Summit is the nation’s leading conference focused on expanding access and opportunity in the clean energy sector. Now in its third year, RECESS25 builds on the powerful momentum of past summits, uniting industry leaders, innovators, students, and environmental justice advocates to create a more inclusive clean energy economy. With a mission to break down barriers and open pathways to careers, entrepreneurship, and ownership, RECESS25 mobilizes resources, partnerships, and education to ensure that Black, Brown, Latino/a, Indigenous, and other communities of color are at the forefront of the energy transition.
